1. Our main markets are the United States. The time frame of order delivery is divided into two parts:

• Standard shipping：$5.99

We will make every effort to deliver your package as soon as possible. However, additional time may be required due to invalid addresses and custom clearance issues.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, so you can track your package every step of the way.

Order Processing

Unless otherwise notified, all orders will leave our warehouse within 1 to 3 working days. After the product leaves the factory, it usually takes 7 to 14 working days to receive the goods, depending on your alternative location. After the product is shipped, you will immediately receive a tracking number from the shipping company. This will let you know where the goods are and how long it will take.

Thank you to all our customers for your continued support and patronage. In order to provide a better shopping experience, we have decided to upgrade our warehouse, factory and website from February 9th to February 15th, so there will be a delay in logistics and products purchased before February 9th will not be received until March 1st, so please be patient.

Please note that delivery time does not include processing time. The total time required to receive an order is processing time + shipping time. For orders with multiple items, the processing time will be based on the item with a longer processing time.

Yes, you will receive an email with tracking information after your order is sent. If you still have not received the tracking information within 5 days, please contact us.
